About NorthFork Coffee Co.

Where It All Began.

NorthFork was born from my family's favorite place on earth. Where the air is crisp, the trails are long, and the water runs cold, clear, and deep.

It started in the kitchen. An 8oz air roaster, handwritten notes on temps and times, chasing a feeling more than building a business. That part hasn't changed.

At some point, life brought me to a real fork in the road. And instead of playing it safe, I chose to build something that matched the way I actually want to live. Big mountains, long days, quiet cups of coffee before the world wakes up, and adventures I haven't found yet. NorthFork is what came out of that choice.

I think about that moment a lot. I'm glad I took the path I did. And I'm really glad you're here.

NorthFork tells the story of where we came from. Our name was inspired by a ski run that reminds us of the adventures that shape us, the places that challenge us, and the moments we'll never forget. But our purpose reaches even deeper. At the heart of NorthFork is the Greek word τρέχω (TRÉ-ho). It means "to run." Not simply with speed but with purpose.

To persevere. To keep moving forward. To pursue what matters most.

That belief is woven into every bag we roast and every cup we brew.
